Dear Ranger Band Parents:

On Monday, applications for Vista Ridge Band Booster college scholarships will be made available to the band and color guard seniors who are interested. Because of the Booster's successful fundraising efforts, the VRBB Board has been able to earmark $3,000 for scholarships so there will be several opportunities - the exact number awarded will depend on how many applications are received and the decisions made by the Scholarship Committee.

The applications are due back in Mr. Christian's hand by Monday, May 12th. He does NOT serve on the Scholarship Committee, but will assign each applicant a tracking number and remove the front sheet prior to being handed over to the Committee for their evaluation. All of the judging is done in the most discreet fashion possible.

The scholarship recipients will be announced at the Spring Concert on May 20th.
